Katrina Markoff, Founder Vosges Haute Chocolate
Watching this video is like taking a class in the “creative process”. I love being able to witness first hand what went into Katrina’s final product. The thoughtfulness, the intention, the holistic vision of what her product represented--it’s like watching a musician play or an artist paint. I hope you are inspired to create your own interpretation of what a product or service could become with a little vision. For the record my favorite Vosges chocolate is the Red Fire Bar chipotle chillies and cinnamon--who knew there could be so much to creating these sweet confections.
